What we have done
Some examples of MCS' approach are: Defining and deploying a Rapid Application Development process into a leading settlement organisation's development team. MCS went on to mentor the client and help them deliver a step change in their service provision. Troubleshooting an existing agile methodology project within a large organisation. With great success, evolving and refining a bespoke and agile process with close integration to the Programme's overall governance structure.
